Emerging roles of microRNAs in septic cardiomyopathy

As one of the serious complications sepsis, septic cardiomyopathy has gained more and attention, because its high morbidity mortality. With in-depth study cardiomyopathy, several methods have been adopted clinically but poor therapeutic effects due to failure find precise targets. In recent years, microRNAs found be related pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment via regulating immunity programmed cell death. This paper reviews role in aiming provide new targets for diagnosis cardiomyopathy.
